Brandon Kress / i1031 (operated by EVKII, Inc.) may send SMS for consultation scheduling and customer care about 1031 inquiries, or for 1031 seminar session details and reminders when you choose that program. You opt in by checking an SMS consent checkbox on a website form or by submitting a Meta Instant Form that includes SMS consent. The 1031 seminar interest form's SMS checkbox is optional. If sent, seminar texts come from 858-290-7458. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
