Privacy Policy
This privacy policy describes how brandonkress.com, operated by Brandon Kress / i1031 (EVKII, Inc.), collects and uses information from visitors — including mobile phone numbers provided for opted-in texts about 1031 consultations or seminars.
Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through contact, booking, consultation, seminar interest, and broker/agent forms, Meta Instant Forms, calls, and email — typically your name, email, mobile phone number, messaging consent, and any real estate details you choose to share.
Text messages (SMS)
We collect mobile phone numbers for SMS only when you check an SMS consent checkbox on a website form or opt in through a Meta Instant Form that includes SMS consent. The SMS checkbox on the 1031 seminar interest form is optional; if you choose it, texts may include seminar session details and reminders from 858-290-7458. Consultation-request texts may cover scheduling and customer care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information sharing
We do not share, sell, or provide mobile phone numbers or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we use it
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, record seminar interest, provide session updates when available, send opted-in SMS about the request or seminar described on the form, and provide 1031 exchange services.
Form communications
Website form submissions are recorded for Brandon's team. When described on a form, a confirmation or requested resource may be sent to the email provided. The 1031 seminar interest form does not itself send an email invitation or reserve a seat. If you opt in to SMS, your number may be used for the texts described on that form; opting in does not itself mean a text has been sent.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website. Supabase stores form and consultation data and runs supporting workflows. Transactional email is delivered through our email service providers. Twilio delivers SMS we send to opted-in numbers. These providers receive only information needed for their role and are not authorized to use mobile numbers or messaging consent for their own marketing.
Analytics and advertising measurement
The site uses Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel, and the LinkedIn Insight Tag for analytics and advertising measurement. These tools may use cookies or similar technologies under their respective privacy practices.
